1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Vibra Current website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Vibra Current provides exclusive private theatre and opera tours across the United Kingdom. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Private backstage theatre tours
  • Opera house experiences and masterclasses
  • Bespoke cultural tours
  • Educational workshops and meet-and-greets

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our booking system. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from Vibra Current.

3.2 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as specified during the booking process.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made 30+ days before the tour date: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellations made 14-29 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by Vibra Current

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the tour at no additional cost, at the customer's preference.

5. Participant Requirements

All participants must:

  • Follow all venue safety guidelines and regulations
  • Respect confidentiality agreements when visiting active productions
  • Behave appropriately and professionally during tours
  • Comply with photography and recording restrictions

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Vibra Current's liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6.2 Insurance

Participants are advised to obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance. Vibra Current maintains professional liability insurance but recommends that customers have their own coverage.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Vibra Current and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

9. Force Majeure

Vibra Current shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government regulations.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Modifications to Terms

Vibra Current reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
